Finnveden AB to delist on February 21, 2005

The Board of Directors of Finnveden AB (publ) has applied for delisting of the company's shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (SSE) and has agreed with SSE that the last day of trading will be February 18.
Following the public offer to Finnveden shareholders, Nordic Capital AB, through Cidron Invest AB, holds more than 86 % of the total number of shares and votes in Finnveden. The remaining shares are owned in such a manner that the SSE's distribution requirement is not met.
