Annual General Meeting of Finnveden AB (publ)
At the Annual General Meeting of Finnveden AB on 28 April 2004, the following resolutions were adopted.

Election of Board of Directors
Tommy Boork, Ulla-Britt Fräjdin-Hellqvist, Anders Holmberg, Hans Johansson and Kersti Thorn were re-elected members of the Board of Directors and Staffan Håkanson and Jan-Crister Persson were elected new members.
Staffan Håkanson (age 62) is Chairman of ProfilGruppenAB and former President of Bombardier Transportation in Sweden. Jan-Crister Persson (age 60) is former Vice President, Engine Division, Volvo Components Corporation and Vice President, Product Development Cars for Volvo Car Corporation.
Staffan Håkanson was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at the statutory Board meeting.
Kurt Jofs and Gunnar Larsson have declined re-election.
Election of accounting firm
The registered public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers AB with authorized public accountant Bror Frid as representative of the accounting firm, was elected for a term of office of four years.
Fees to the Board of Directors and the Auditor
The fee to the Board of Directors was resolved to amount to SEK 1,180,000, to be allocated between the Board members in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors.
The Auditor was resolved to be paid on current account.
Election of Nomination Committee
Mats Guldbrand (AMF Pension) and Gunnar Ek (The Swedish Shareholders? Association) were re-elected members, and Johan Alm (Robur) and Staffan Håkanson were elected new members of the Nomination Committee before the next Annual General Meeting.
Dividend
The Meeting resolved that no dividend was to be paid for the fiscal year 2003.
