Automotive industry rates Bulten highly!

A desire to improve and receptiveness to our customers’ needs are two important principles in our day-to-day work. We are therefore delighted that our customers in the automotive industry have given us very high scores in this spring’s customer attitude survey.

In the past Bulten has carried out customer attitude surveys at unit level, but this year we decided to conduct a Group-wide survey for the first time. The aim was to find out about customers’ experiences of working with Bulten and the products and services we provide. We also wanted to identify areas of improvement, and to pick up on future development needs at an early stage.

 

In this spring’s customer attitude survey, our customers expressed their views on a scale of 1-6. The average score in the survey was 4.8, which is excellent news.

 

The scores for the questions “How likely do you think it is that your company will choose Bulten again in the future?” and “How likely would you be to recommend Bulten to a business acquaintance?” are 5.1 and 5.2 respectively.

 

The overall results are shown below.
