Bulten is awarded a platinum medal for its sustainability work

Bulten has been awarded a Platinum Medal for its sustainability work by EcoVadis, an international provider of sustainability ratings. The award places Bulten in the top one percent of all 75,000 companies assessed by EcoVadis.

EcoVadis is one of the world’s largest and most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, with a global network of over 75,000 companies. Its approach is based on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the UN Global Compact and ISO 26000. The EcoVadis assessment focuses on how well a company has integrated sustainability into its business strategy and management system. They look at how each company manages its impact on the environment, working conditions and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, and also how transparent their work is.

Bulten recognized for gender-equal Executive Management Team

They continuously review management teams and boards of listed companies to highlight the issue of representation. On November 28th, 2022, Bulten was rated 7.5, which means negligible risk, and that gave Bulten a ranking as number 1 (lowest risk of all) in the category Auto components, and a top 50 ranking in the overall global universal list.

Morningstar Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Ratings measure companies exposure to industry-specific material ESG risks and how well companies are managing those risks. This multi-dimensional way of measuring ESG risk combines the concepts of management and exposure to arrive at an absolute assessment of ESG risk.
