We want to do what is right

Our company strives to maintain a transparent business climate and high business ethics. We value the safety and respect of everyone affected by our business. You have a vital role in our success.

Our Whistleblowing service

Our whistleblowing service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintaining customer and public confidence in us.

The whistleblowing service can be used to alert us about serious risks of wrongdoing affecting people, our organisation, society, or the environment. Your report can include information regarding criminal offences, irregularities and violations or other actions in breach of EU or national laws, within a work-related context. The Whistleblowing system can be used by anyone, e.g. employees, contractors, interns, consultants, customers, suppliers etc., that come in contact with our company in a work-related context.

You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.

Your message will be securely handled

The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected. Reports submitted through WhistleB are handled by an external law firm. Bulten Group’s SVP HR & Sustainability and a member of the Group’s Board, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, are informed of the reports if deemed relevant by the law firm.

If you prefer to report at a physical meeting, you can submit a request for a physical meeting through WhistleB.

Oral reporting, if that is preferred by the reporting person, is handled by an external law firm that receives the oral report and prepares minutes of the conversation. They will ask the reporting person if the person wants to provide their contact information so that a lawyer can follow up on the case. A lawyer will then make an assessment of the report in accordance with established review instructions. The report may, if necessary, be submitted to SVP HR & Sustainability and / or the assigned member of the Board, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Telephone number for oral reporting: +46 76 115 69 67. It is possible to report orally in English and Swedish by calling this phone number. For other languages a report should be submitted through WhistleB with a request stating which language is preferred and the law firm will confirm through the system which phone number that can be used by the reporting person. All messages will be processed in confidence and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Reports are only stored as long as necessary, and no longer than two years after a case has been closed.
