Bulten’s European contract manufacturing business has a new owner
Bulten’s European contract manufacturing business was transferred to Maelir AB on 1 October 2026, including the Bulten brand. Bulten AB will change its name once the formal processes are completed. During a transition period, Bulten AB, the European business and Bulten Tianjin will continue to use the Bulten name and share this website. The right to use the name remains for 12 months globally and 24 months in China. Website information may therefore relate to either business.
